My name's ANIMA.
I am an aspiring hobbyist artist, and a full-time professional accountant.I draw, and sometimes animate fan PVs for fun.
Since art is simply a hobby of mine, I only draw things that I like!! (read: intense brain rot).Time to time, I also decide to be stupid and start zines, collaborations and merch projects just to spread my OTP agenda.As such, expect various fanart for the most part.
I have OCs as well, which I'll introduce slowly through original art from time to time.I draw whatever I like, and jump between fandoms.
Don't really care about building a fanbase, but thank you so much for those who stayed regardless!

My dream is to bring together people who are more talented than me as a community, and support them to chase their own dreams and shine bright! (read: I do project management and organization work with passionate and committed people as a side hobby)

To order a commission, please only send me an e-mail or a DM through Twiter when I announce commissions are open! Otherwise, I'll immediately refuse your offer.Payment method will be through VGen / PayPal / Ko-Fi (International) and Local Bank Transfer BCA (Indonesians only).IDR commission rates is USD prices x Rp. 6.500.※ EXTRA NOTE: I DO NOT ACCEPT NFT COMMISSIONS!

The Terms

General Rules

▶ I have NO DEADLINE! However, expected turnover is around 4 to 24 weeks (1 - 6 months), depending on queue and complexity of the order (I have IRL and only can work on commissions during Weekends).
I'll be sure to inform if I happen to be busy that I can't work on your slot!▶ Please inform me if you need a specific canvas size!▶ For commissions taken off-platform (VGen), payment must be done within 48 hours after the concept (initial/thumbnail) sketch has been accepted. If the client fails to pay on time, their commission will be skipped.

RE: REFERENCES AND SCOPE OF COMMISSION ACCEPTED
▶ Send as many references as you can! Images are preferred but text is okay.▶ In the event of commissioning OCs belonging to someone else, please make sure you have permission from the owner!▶ Please note that I do not accept commissions of characters that are face claimed or too similar to characters from published works, or that are randomly taken from Google images because I want to avoid conflicts with the original owners.▶ In the event of commissioning fanart, please tell me the name of the character and the series!RE: REFERENCES AND SCOPE OF COMMISSION ACCEPTED
▶ ALL COMMISSIONS (WIPs and finished) will be posted on my social, unless an NDA is specifially agreed upon (case-by-case basis only. Please DM me for more information). NDA fees will be charged.▶ However, you may ask me to withhold WIPs or delay my post date up to a certain date (no longer than 6 months after the commission is finished) in the event of the art being used to surprise someone or to celebrate something / personal project. In this case, please tell me the EXACT date you're planning to post it and I'll post it 1-2 days after!OTHER THINGS TO NOTE OF
▶ I’ll send you the HD version when I have finished your commission, and before posting them.▶ I HAVE THE RIGHT to turn down your request if I feel uncomfortable drawing them or if I won’t be able to meet your expectations. I have no obligation to explain myself when asked for the reason.

Payment and Revisions

▶ Please see your commission type's information to check for the revision limits, as they tend to differ per type.▶ For sketch revisions, you are able to ask me to change the poses or idea.▶ For base color revisions, you may revise any color inaccuracies or minor details missing. However, this MUST NOT require me to erase more than 10% of the art.After that, there will be no more revisions. (If required by client, additional revisions will then be charged $10 / revision POINT aka per item revised).▶ Revisions due to my negligence will be corrected free of charge. However, if this is due to client's failure of providing CLEAR AND DETAILED references, then it will cost them the revision limit / charged a fee.▶ Please be informed that if I do not receive any response from the client (aka ghosting) within 1 WEEK (7 days) AFTER I send a WIP for revision, I will proceed to move to the next stage as is.

Rights and Usage

▶ All commissioned artwork are for PERSONAL USE only, unless commercial use rights have been purchased.
Thus, reproduction of work in any manner and using it for commercial purposes (monetized videos, merchandise, prints, books, etc.) is PROHIBITED.▶ If you would like to purchase a commercial license in the future AFTER the art has been delivered, please DM me and we can discuss the additional fees.▶ Any art done by me MAY NOT be used for any kind of blockchain-related activities (NFT, Bitcoin, Cryptocurrency, etc.).
If I find out, you will be blocked and blacklisted from future commissions.▶ Usage of my art by clients or their partners for AI training activities is also STRICTLY PROHIBITED.▶ I, the artist, have the right to use/sell the finished commissions as part of my portfolio (upload to my SNS platforms or website), AND artbook/merch (usually for fanart commissions only).
(I will make sure to inform and/or ask for permission beforehand if I decide to do so, credits will be given as appropriate.)▶ Reposting is allowed as long as I am credited. Please ONLY post the Glazed versions to social media (this will included in the final delivery) to prevent genAI training. Please do not claim the artwork as your own.▶ DO NOT remove my watermark! If it's too big for you, don't hesitate to let me know and I can make it smaller.
However, if I feel like it is small enough, I have the right to refuse your request▶ DO NOT edit/revise my artwork yourself!
Numerous revisions/tweaks requested are okay as long as they are pointed out per revision chance, so don't feel bad asking for lots of tweaks as long as your chances have not run out!The only modifications allowed to be done are as follows (you may request transparent background version if you wish):- Edits (Icons/Banner background/cropping edits for personal uses),
- Filters (adding frames/borders or effects like photo filters),
- Meme purposes as long as it's not sensitive content.※NOTE: If you would like to use for stuff that are not included here, don't hesitate to contact me about it to ask for permission!! Things that are not included here may be allowed, but have not been considered.

WHAT FALLS UNDER "COMMERCIAL USE" FOR VTUBERS

▶ Commercial use by definition refers to the usage of my service (artwork, etc.) for business or profit-making purposes. With the rise of VTubers as a profession, there has been different opinions on what falls under commercial use for them, since they are technically considered a "business". However, the scope of this depends on the artist's terms.▶ Under my terms, some commonly defined "commercial" usage of artwork WILL NOT be charged an additional fee, and can still fall under "personal" use under my terms of service. The following cases will be exempt from any additional charges:- Commissioning art of your VTuber persona (while your avatar may be considered as "branding", as long as I'm not directly apart of it, it's OKAY)Showing / posting my art on stream or your VTuber accounts.
- Thumbnails / Schedule art are OK as well! (unless you're making my artwork the focus of the monetized content you're doing. Showing my art for a few minutes is fine!)
- Using my art as your banner or icon on your VTuber accounts in a short-term (with the exception of making my art a long-term / permanent decoration aka brand on your platform, which falls under similar scale of having an official logo)▶ Second to the point above, other general "commercial" usage &(unless stated otherwise in the commission service, or already included in the package, like my Emotes pack)& will incur a fee of 100% of the total price. The following charges apply to the following uses:1. PNGTuber models
2. Starting / Ending screen
3. Emotes
4. Mascot / Branding design (i.e. vtuber sonas, company mascot, key visual poster of an event)
5. Monetized content (videos) on YT/Twitch (i.e. covers)
6. Merch / Packaging designs(Note: this will have a higher charge depending on the scale of production)

Refunds

▶ Refunds are generally unacceptable unless there is a valid excuse. When requesting a refund please explain your situation so I can understand what is going on.Otherwise (in the event of forced chargeback), you will be blacklisted and called out in social media to warn other artists.▶ I, the artist, may also re-use the commission from the blacklisted client as I see fit (i.e to resell, recycle for another commission, etc.)▶ At the same time, I, the artist, may also choose to refund you your money if I feel that there's unforeseen circumstances that prevents me from completing your commission.▶ If the commissioner cancels the commission when I have started on the sketch or lineart, the commissioner will get 50% of their payment. This policy is different from VGen as payment is only paid after sketch is accepted, and thus to prevent clients from dipping and asking for a refund days after the sketch is given.▶ If the commissioner cancels the commission when I have started on the coloring, the commissioner will get 10% of their payment.▶ If I (the artist) cancels the commission, you will get a full refund.▶ Refunds will be calculated based on the net amount I have received.

Black and white inking style resembling the aesthetic of manga / comic pages, complete with toning (can be replaced with grayscale) for shading. Uses rough lining to increase expressiveness of the piece.

Neat lines with cell-shading. Even though it is simple, it's very eye-catching coloring. The minimalistic rendering makes the lineart pop out.Best for pieces where details need to be seen and anime-esque screenshots.
